Jez Pile

Jez is the Chief Operations Director at Muddy Boots by TELUS Agriculture. Jez co-founded Muddy Boots in 1996 after completing a BA Hons Business Studies and IT degree and was instrumental in developing Muddy Boots’ early product offering. During his career, Jez has gained significant experience across the food and farming industries, understanding complex supply chains and processes, global sourcing and the movement of food; implementing technical solutions into difficult environments on an international scale.

Jez has also been instrumental in the development and ongoing maintenance of Muddy Boots’ product offer, from software through to hosted solutions, bringing expertise in aligning technical capabilities to business processes and delivering business value to stakeholders. His technical interpretation of how technology can transform business processes is pivotal to the design of Muddy Boots’ solutions.
