Pradeep is a Washington DC based partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in our agriculture and rural development practice. He worked in over 45 countries over South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and North America with public, private and social sector players.  Over the last decade, he worked extensively with agriculture majors across the value chain – including seed and agrochemical majors, agriculture technology companies, commodity traders, food processing and marketing companies. He also advised a number of bilateral agencies, private foundations, country governments, development finance banks on agriculture transformations and food security efforts. His previous experience of working with IFC/ World Bank include advising on Ghana Cocoa strategy and Impact investing strategy for IFC and the bank.  Pradeep was an advisor to World Economic Forum’s new vision for agriculture and blended finance initiatives. Pradeep received his MBA from Delhi University.
